The water pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired, which is something you notice when you just want a decent rinse after a long day. The parking fee now sits at $12.50, which feels out of place in a three-star setup. Also, while breakfast had decent options, the lack of variety, especially with meat selections, could be a letdown for some. The pool was unexpectedly out of service during my stay, which is frustrating when you expect to unwind after a day. Lastly, the lighting in the room felt a bit dim, which makes chilling out less enjoyable.

I loved that the hotel offered breakfast bags for our early departure, filled with a muffin, orange, and bagel with cream cheese. The indoor pool and BBQ facilities were perfect for winding down, too. Just a heads up, the elevators were a bit slow at times, but overall, we had a fantastic stay! 😊

I really appreciated the convenient distance to Gore Park and the Art Gallery of Hamilton, both of which made my weekend strolls truly enjoyable, while the breakfast was excellent with friendly staff making the experience even better.
